Mr. Itzik Yona ,Cpa. CEO

Mr. Yona has more than 20 years of experience in International Business, Including investment, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as in strategic and financial consulting.

 

Mr. Yona has worked for 10 years with Ernst &Young. In his position as the Head of Investment Banking, he led large-scale M&A transactions for local and multi-national corporations and advised both venture companies , VC's and Governments.

 

Later Mr. Yona has joined one of the leading technology groups in Israel, as the Vise President for M&A. He planned, negotiated and executed large cross-border transactions, including one of the biggest Israeli M&A investments in Korea.

 

Mr. Yona has been living and doing business in Korea for several years, overseeing the Group' subsidiary in Korea. He is familiar with the Korean business culture and is well connected in both Korea and Israel business communities.

 

Mr. Yona has served as a member of the Board of Directors in Korean as well as Israeli companies.

 

Graduated from Tel-Aviv University and holds both BA in Accounting and Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He is a CPA and a member of the Institute of the Certified public accountants in Israel.
